The legal tech-pioneer digital acquires its Danish counterpart Legalhero; “The next step will be the UK,” says CEO Magnus Stein.

The company Lexly was formed in 2004 and had its breakthrough in 2010 when the founder and CEO Magnus Stein pitched the start-up on the Swedish TV show ‘Draknäset’ where Sven Hagströmer and Richard Båge decided to invest.

Today, Lexly describes themselves as the leading legal digital adviser in the Nordics. The company’s platform provides its user with easy and accessible legal advice and users can easily connect with one of Lexly’s lawyers.
